I’m dangerous

wild how far we we can go within, essentially disappearing, in an effort to punish ourselves for crimes that aren't ours alone to bear or as an unfair penance for simply existing as we are. we shrink in the name of protecting others and self and in the process miss the very love we need to heal those parts we are trying to cage and hide.
